Oh bummer! Let me see if I understand this correctly. In 1998 a record high was set. In 2001 the record was than topped making 1998 the second highest. Now since then these past eight years these highs have never again even been reached never the less topped. Now this tells me there is global warming? I guess you are right I am the hopeless one. the hopeless comrade chartseer
