John, I don't try to figure out why a institution would sell at such undervalued levels. I just try to take advantage of it. Here are a few examples of institutional selling a few years back. They were selling both XOMA and BTGC a few years ago at under $2 which for both was at extremely undervalued levels. Current prices--XOMA-$7 BTGC-$12. The most important thing for us is that this CLOUD is almost gone from over CIST's stock(MARK CAPITAL's position is now under 500K shares). CIST's mgt. could easily INCREASE shareholder value on Monday by removing this CLOUD.
