can xcl even be rated? a flag? i wouldn't trust a chart on a penny. but you are more knowledgeable there- asnd- reversal? i sold my position for a slight profit fri- and now they have a new ceo those two items plus near year low make it seem bullish as long as it don't bounce down monday? taxi money flow? what are your indicators? i think a whole new wave of investors are in on this the upper echelon out and crying foul
