usually don't worry about insider sales (people have bills, college, new houses, yachts, etc.), the timing concerns me. Comments anyone?

Jay, my post to the main thread contains my comment:

Deja Vu:

There were no ASND insider sales to speak of in all of 1997. Except, as follows: In February 1997, ASND insiders sold 728,559 shares at an average price of 63.3

That same month, February 1997, CSCC insiders sold 509,400 shares at an average price of 30 or so.

The ASND/CSCC merger was officially announced on March 28, 1997.

After that time, no insider sales to speak of at ASND until October.

In October 1997, ASND insider sales of about 300,000 shares. Also in October 1997, COMS insider sales of about 550,000 shares.

Think anything is up?????
