Yeah, they have cherry orchards galore. It's beautiful when they are all in loom.

But, actually, the Tobacco Valley is even warmer than Flathead most times.

Speaking of iron there is so much iron up here I don't drink my well water.

I've got apple trees in my meadow along with a couple of cherry. The apples are over 100. They were planted by the first homesteaders. How they still stand is a mystery to me. Every fall the bears come in and just thrash the devil out of them.

I thought maybe if I shook the apples down they would stay out of the darned things. But, oh no even if 90% of the apples are on the ground they have to go up into the trees.
