I think its 35% ASND and 31% COMS, for total of 66%. But regarding the DOJ stepping in...I have my doubts as well. CSCO, after all, holds 80% of the router/hubs market.

ASND/COMS will be a non-issue vis-a-vis DOJ. There once was a time when it almost might have been an issue (1970s to early 1980s). But those days (and attorneys' fees) are long, long gone.
