Gang, Theoretical question for you knowledgable SEC types. If insiders were going to buy some shares, what is the window period that they can buy? How long after they buy does it get reported? Sorry for being lazy and not researching this myself. I know if I did some digging I could probably find the answers, but I thought maybe someone here might know the answer right off the top of their head. Thanks Jay
