In terms of recent prices, Mark Capital has had absolutely zero influence. Here's why:

Last week, NASD reported trades of 11,000 shares of CIST on Monday, 10/27. NASD reported no trades at all for the rest of the week. Qouted bid and asked didn't change either.

Another caution: many web-sources contain stale information.
