I forget when he shifted the focus of his writing to Montana. He lives there part of the time, and some years back started siting some of his novels there. However, "Swan Peak" is a Dave Robicheaux book, so it has Dave and Clete Purcel in it, and references to some of their exploits in the Big Easy and New Iberia.
