QUESTION: in-person vs phone vs internet trades Mohan, et al, I can go to my broker's office fairly easily - does anyone have any experience comparing the different approaches during a high volume day when the phones aren't answered? Do you think it will depend on the brokerage? I have both Smith Barney and Schwab accounts. Dave
