AIDS You can get all sorts of STD's from casual sex, and I certainly don't recommend it. Almost the only way people in this country are going to contract AIDS is by engaging in anal sex. To suggest otherwise will backfire on you, because most people now know better. Casual sex is at very low risk of giving you AIDS.
