We're forecast for below freezing temps until the end of this week. We got another couple inches of snow overnight. I can't express how happy I am to be retired and have NO need to get outside at all. Yesterday's chicken noodle soup was delicious and I have left overs for a couple more days. I'm already planning on veggie beef soup for the weekend.
