A lot of Tiger's big sponsors are paying a premium to use him and are buying into an image -- they're buying the support of the best golfer in the world AND a role model, a family man, etc...some of his major sponsors include Accenture, AT&T, Gatorade/Pepsi, Gillette, NetJets, EA Video Games, Tag Heuer Watches, etc....Earlier this year GM dropped Tiger due to tough economic times as they were cutting their marketing budget back big time.
