I have a good portion of left over brisket and veggies from a week or so ago. Problem is, I don't have anything else to add to it to make a nice stew. It's just too cold and ugly outside to go shopping today. Thankfully, I have food in my freezer to last weeks, if necessary. It won't get boring until I run out of ice cream!!!
