I have read in the local press that Ejabat and Dahl are trying to finance a Bank in Alameda and probably need the capital. I would guess that they are pissed as anyone at the stock price but they have such a large amount that it doesn't hurt as much. When you are the CEO and CFO (ex) you can always go back to the well. That's the perks at the top. Create a billion dollar company in a couple of years and you deserve a little lack of sensitivity. I am looking at the company fundamentals. The underpinning is there. The stocks under performing because the earnings are not there yet. I am more concerned about how Ascend management is addressing this problem.
