Speaking of Kalispell, I wasted a half hour or so watching some TV movie called "The Twelve Men of Christmas", set in Kalispell. The plot involved a New York woman who came to advise the mayor, and ended up promoting a nude calendar of all the Montana hunks in the Search and Rescue Unit.

Pretty silly movie. I didn't recognize a thing. The mountains were all wrong, the seasons were all wrong--alternating summer and winter scenes, and avalanches and stuff all at the same time.

But my wife liked it. She's into cowboys these days.
