This whole business of trashing mammograms is an example of the "death panel" concept in action.

I have not been trashing mammograms. I got mammograms in my forties. I have one scheduled as we speak. I still consider annual mammograms to be the default.

I was trashing the author of a conclusion that was either stupid or intentionally deceptive because it was inaptly based on irrelevant European data.

Whether mammograms are of value or not is totally beside the point, my point. Remember our discussion of forests? Different forest. If you can't keep the two separate, we have no basis for discussion.
