If you want an opinion don't go with the 90+ percent efficiency. The 85 or 88 is A: Less expensive, B: Much more reliable, I promise you at least one breakdown a year on the 95ers and C: The difference in operating cost doesn't make sense to justify the much higher maintenance costs. The 88 will still vent through pvc and is a much better option.

Oh and finally when they tell you that your 95 will run at 95% efficiency they are stretching the truth. It will when all is perfect. Most often it's going to run closer to 90 and the 88 will truly run 88.
