Thanks, it seems that the people at the helm of Spacs became pretty creative when it comes to closing deals.

For talbots it is an interesting and, hassle-free way to raise much needed equity without an underwritten offering.

This should eliminate Talbots negative book value which turned from bad to worse in few quarter as it was plagued by operating lossed for 2 years.
