Greetings Darrell, Excellent post of specs. A couple comments Gas Life:I'm not sure 5 vs 7 days is a problem. The question is how long does it take to replace the gas. Cymer < 10 minutes which is easily managed in chip manufacturing. One laser multiple uses: ???. I'd be surprised if one laser could support more then one exposure tool. A subtle spec.(not mentioned for Cymer) is "Core Wave Length Stability: _Ÿ_} 0.1 pm". Why would that be important???? Yes the two systems seemed to be spec'ed the same. Technically, Bezoeker
