Maxwell, do you see anything in the Komatsu specs relative to Cymer 5500 specs which would cause alarm? My conversation with Cymer regarding the gas life of the Komatsu (1m over 7 days versus Cymer 1m over 5 days) has yielded the comment that (a) gas life does have a variance depending on use and (b) Cymer has improved their gas life specs since the excimer's introduction to the floor and this improvement has come by way of Cymer's new ongoing service program.
