Re: "Yep, just shows the only way Dems can win now is to try to split the repub vote."

LOL!

Hey... it's simply a telephone poll from one of the GOP's favorite pollsters: Rasmussen.

(Rasmussen is posted here on this site with near breathless regularity every time one of his polls shows a decline for the President. <GGG> So I have no doubt that you are at least glancingly familiar with the pollster's work).

Hey... it's almost like you imagine that the "Tea Party" bunch is an offshoot of the Dem. Party!

(But, if you will recall, there were at least a FEW folks taking a commonsense approach, I count myself as one of them, who publicly pointed out on these very pages that this groundswell of 'fringe' candidates challenging mainline GOP candidates was, more likely then not, going to play out as a net REDUCTION in GOP election wins come general election time....)

You hooted at the time... but you seem to be singing a different tune now that the polling data looks perilous....

So... don't 'shoot the messenger', Bill! (It's not my fault if you didn't grasp that this was a very real risk.... The D.C. politicians always knew, I can guarantee you.)
