Hey Maxwell,

I very much enjoy reading your informative posts. Thanks.

Have you heard of a startup company in Sunnyvale called Sensys Instruments? Sensys Instruments is dedicated to commercializing real-time in situ sensors for fabrication of integrated circuits on silicon wafers and related applications. I believe their current research is focused on photoresist cure monitoring during prebake which is especially critical for next generation deep UV
photoresists - to go along with Cymer's stuff.

I know you are "the man" on this thread in technical matters related to Cymer and wondered if you had heard of Sensys. The reason I ask is that I was asked to apply for an engineering position with this company because some of my masters research in a related field is very similar to what they are doing. However, I've never heard of Sensys. If you know of them, would you please share your opinions on their product's chances of becoming commercially viable as well as any other information you might have.

Thank you very much.

Jolley
