You won't be able to get the application. Provisional patent applications are never published, and never examined. They only act as a placeholder. They have to be converted to a non-provisional application before they will be examined. LWLG has one year to convert it to a non-provisional.

Even a non-provisional application is not published for 18 months, so we are not going to see this application anytime soon.

This is a very minor event dressed up to look like something substantial. I'm beginning to wonder about management's pumping PRs.
