"Attacking" is in the eye of the beholder... There are many who feel attacked by the IRS.

A reasonably argument could be made that they are indeed attacked by the IRS. If it was someone other than the government forcibly taking money, most would consider it an attack. I don't think having elected politicians vote a policy in to effect changes the basic moral nature of the policy.

In any case sexual abuse of a child is less controversial as an attack, then IRS seizures.

Listen, you are arguing against the very core of our Constitution and representative Democracy.

Not at all. The constitution doesn't address this issue. It gives the government powers, but it doesn't say that the use of those powers is automatically consensual. If anything forcing people to buy health insurance goes against the core of the constitution.

As for representative democracy, I'm not arguing against it, I'm just saying it doesn't equal or imply consent.
