You were arguing that people should be free not to follow the law without repercussion --- I was arguing no such thing. Maybe I got confused when you said a traffic ticket was a death sentence: "Every law that's enforced strongly is in the end enforced by a death penalty." BTW check our "consent" in the bill of rights and let me know if they meant absolutely 100% of the people.
