And there is no real due process for this - there is a presumption of guilt. One problem with weed testing is that no one really knows what the clinical "zero" is - even old ladies will have metabolites from naturally occurring endocannabinoids so they call "zero" about 5 to 15 ng/dL. Utter BS because no one knows how much this varies from person to person.
