December 9 - NOTICE is hereby given that on December 9, 2009, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made an order under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (“CCAA”), in respect of Allen-Vanguard Corporation (“Allen Vanguard”). Deloitte & Touche Inc. has been appointed Monitor of Allen-Vanguard (the “Monitor”) in the CCAA Proceeding.
