Don't like to be argumentative but what the hey..........

The basic penny stock buyer is buying a story. He doesn't buy earky he buys late, i.e. when the stock is moving.

The basic story for CIST ios that it is worth 41 cents per share.
However, it can't get above 30 cents. This tells the penny stoick investor that the story is probably false. Just look at the volume of shares trading between 30 and 40 cents (when it gets there) vs. the volumes at .25 (0 for almost a week). I garuntee if the bid was lifted to 30 cents on small volume we'd see at least 100,000 shares trade around 31-33 cents. Why? because it's a pure case of chicken and the egg.

Cist maybe a very unique situation for a penny stock but, how many people actually do research. Most of the reseacrh poeple do is reading these boards notr the SEC web site to review he 10K.

Now as per MARK capital, what Stenve left out is that they have also been involved with a number of prnny stocks where they sold low and the stock went even lower. In fact they probably sold a lot more losers than winners. That is their business. To get into stocks at near 0 and get out when they've made a decent profit. Not to ride the stock forever. This is because they own more losers than winniers and it is not thier business to decide which are the winners and which the losers.

Therefore, it would make sense to me that a MARK CAPITAL would want to be selling into the strength and that this cloud above the 30 cent mark would keep the basic penny stock investor away.

This is makes sense to me. Anybody have an extra $150,000 lying around. Give Mark Capital a call.
