SEC Filings for the month of October indicate a series of "144" actions. It is my understanding that such filings report insider selling. Is this why the price of IMNR has declined recently? Perhaps these 144 filings result from cetain anticipated and previously structured arrangements with company officials? I would appreciate an opinion regarding these 144 postings from someone who is an EDGAR subscriber, or can shed some light on the meaning of them. Thank you.
