Specious?........GeneM: IMHO the beginning of the book is the best part! How often have you seen traders buy a stock for a daytrade only to see them hold overnight because the stock moved against them? How often have you seen traders bet the house on one stock and pray for a home run - only to see them take a huge loss? A trader must be able to recognize that he has a weakness when it comes to taking a loss and put in place strategies to avoid large losses at all costs. Only then will the trader have the opportunity to be consistently profitable day in and day out.
