I will probably be heard mostly wherever Jay decides to hang his hat regardless of elmat's deficient moderation. Despite their clashes, or perhaps because of them, Jay and Mq are my favorite posters at SI. Where they post is inconsequential to me. Mq is everywhere, and I talk to him wherever he posts. Jay of course mostly posts at elmat's thread. There is freedom to move elsewhere should a moderator squelch good discussions and run off good posters as elmat obviously has. This is why I mostly ignore the moderation of a thread and focus on the substance. Good luck to you. I do think you have the required equanimity and temperament for such a thankless job. I look forward to the discussions here.
