Nice goals but I don't see where they are planning anything to pay doctors more. In the US most doctors are seeing incomes and standards of living decline. Families with generations of doctors are more reluctant to recommend medical school to their kids. Fields which are held in high regard and which richly reward participants have the highest level of competition for them. Socialized Medicine reduces the respect and the pay.
