<<<If you continually redefine centrist, then yes, you will always have a centrist President.>>>

If you define a centrist as a person coming up with the best equation for peace and prosperity, you will always have a centrist President.

In statistics, a mathematical method of modeling the relationships among three or more variables. It is used to predict the value of one variable given the values of the others. For example, a model might estimate prospect for peace based on applying military force, applying political leverage, and doing nothing. A regression analysis yields an equation that expresses the relationship.

We are not quite there yet, but that is what has to be done.

Someone has to find that equation using mathematics or some other tool. Regardless, an anti-intellectual should never be put in charge.
