Michael,

Maybe you can respond to the issue of the recent dividend distribution of MVPH 144 shares to PRTI stockholders. It would be interesting to here your thoughts on these questions:
1) Why did some stockholders receive tradeable shares in their accounts and others got 144?
2) Do you feel that this mistake was the brokerage firm's problem or MVPH's problem?
3) If these were all supposed to be 144 shares will the brokerage be responsible for correcting the mistake or will the stockholder that sold them have to go out in the market and buy them back?

BTW...the shares I received in my Etrade account were initially shown as tradeable and 4 days later were changed to 144 restricted shares. I questioned Etrade and they told me they were restricted but could not tell me when the restriction would be up.

IMHO much of the activity has been due to people selling these shares. So the float just got bigger because of this blunder. It will be interesting to see how this all unfolds.

Thanks Mike
