I don't even blame the SC. I do. They ruled, 5 to 4, that carbon dioxide, an atmospheric gas and plant food without which the Earth would not sustain life, a substance that every breathing creature exhales, is "pollution". The USSC has made some idiotic rulings in the past, but this one really takes the cake. the dire consequences that will eventuate because of it. You got that right. We need to flush the statist econuts out of Congress and rein in the EPA. Put it back on track to concentrate on its intended job of dealing with real pollution..
