"Never say never." There are sometimes reasons for convertible notes to convert, usually in the context of inflation, such as dividends declared in excess of interest income, corporate restructurings -- I could think of a few more maybe. But I'm just having fun being contrary, your point is well-taken. Theres not much of a chance of these notes being converted.
