Benny - I saw a NatGeo show while down in Mexico, it covered some Alberta mining operation, talking about having to drill a lot of holes to loosen up the sticky oil sand using pumped down steam. Pretty cool technology. I picked up on something like 150 years worth of oil up there. Not sure how they determine that figure. It sounded like a lot. Should be good for a while. I like solar and wind power too. It works cool on my boat but I wouldn't want to bet the ranch on these without the diesel alternator as the goto power source when the battery bank gets really depleted. Its nice to have a boat that carries enough diesel in tankage to motor 2200 miles. That's a sweet carbon footprint. Consider me ungreen. Oh look! Today is dividend payout date. All that gasoline money paid at the pump will soon be rolling back into the piggy bank. Tonight!
