A couple of cheap stocks: CKR - fast food chain, with lot's of restaurants in CA. Negative same store sales pressures earnings. Trading cheap at 5x EBITDA, 10x earnings DDE -little east cost casino. Trades at less than 10x earnings. Sound balance sheet and a 5% dividend.
