I had a maintenance man come in and service my treadmill today, and I was amazed at the service I got from Sears. I called Tuesday, they told me their calendar was wide open and I could pick the day and time, so I chose today between 10:00 and 2:00. He called at 9:45, showed up 10 minutes later and did an excellent, quick and thorough job. People are desperate for work.
