Latest share count update from Sly on Stockhouse: "The Update as of 10:00 am Nov.02,1997 is 4,139,230. I have now received the numbers from most of the "regulars" but not all. Also none of the newsletters have cooperated. I will not e-mail them as I know they read these forums and are aware of the count that is ongoing. This is a ground up movement started by the people for the people. I'll give them some more time to see if they support us or not. I know a lot of you are interested in knowing which of the Newsletters submitts their numbers. Like everyone else, no individual numbers are going to be released and any information submitted will be kept confidential. I will however, make mention of the newletter that provides their support if any do. As I stated as of now none have. The StockPage made reference to Jot's fully diluted number of shares being 33.6 million. I confirmed this on Friday. They also mentioned that shares outstanding were 20.7, the figure I obtained was 23 million. The insiders own 50%+ of fully diluted shares i.e. (16.8 million). Assuming 23 million is the correct figure of outstanding shares that would signify that they only hold approx. 6 million of the outstanding shares and 10 million that still have to exercised. I would assume that would mean they in fact only have 6 million votes vs 16 million. With just over 4 million presently, we(the internet investors) have almost as many votes as the insiders. Something to remember, when you call JOT's offices and feel like you are given the brush off or cold shoulder treatment. I thought I would mention this just to make everyone aware of the shere magnitude of our numbers. The numbers still continue to come in and I will continue the count as it has been ongoing only for a few days now."
