It won't save the under 55 group a damn thing. It'll cost 'em in higher taxes. If yer gonna extend medicare, do a clean single payor, extend it to everyone, grade premiums based on age. All this bill has done has increased the fraction of medical costs as a percentage of GDP. And of course kept tort reform off the table (the primary and overriding objective of any/all Dem bills it seems).
