If the "will of the people" violates the Constitution, don't you think it should be overruled? Or should they only do that on issues you approve of? I bet that's it... Google "Cummins v. Missouri" for a very similar case. The court overturned that one too. As it should have. Bills of attainder are very dangerous powers. Which our FF wisely took off the table. But you don't really care about the law, do you? "finish college yet?" I've answered this many times. I guess in your drug addled state you have forgotten. That is ok.
