In every town? Of course not. Those with 5,000 square foot houses do well.

I live in a fairly rural area and I have a choice of several providers I can literally walk in, just as I did two days ago....I called and they told me to come right in. I have lived all over the country...same everywhere. By the way, what does the size of my house have to do with this? Face facts...you are FOS.

Nobody wants to go to med school and spend the rest of life hand-to-mouth, which is what government run health care means for providers.

You seem to be worried about any number of fantastic doomsday scenarios that would adjust in any new and gradual scenarios, while escalating health care costs become unaffordable.
