shakes - that makes sense to me although I must admit that I am not very far along in moving in that direction. One thing that I came across while going through the SCP web site this week that I may have to go back and check on is the fees. At first glance, it looked like a standard 2/20 structure that you would find at a hedge fund (2% of assets under management, 20% of profits). Have you checked that? I may be wrong on that but fees like that would certainly be way higher than your average ETF or mutual fund. Of course, if they deliver performance that merits that kind of a cut then I can't complain.

The other thing that looked potentially interesting is the warrants. I wonder if anyone has looked at those. I think they are exercisable at 4.50 with a 12/2010 expiration. I have not really done anything with warrants before but was thinking it might make an interesting companion investment to a larger position in the stock.

Best,

tsl
