O.K. I take my example from those in the past. The present
horrors are hidden and done with no trace. In the old days,
well, the church fathers happily wrote nice details and usually
did their final horrible deeds in full view of jeering crowds
of...mostly "Christian converts." Oh, and priests, laymen and
the Pope's personal reps to see that all burned to a cinder
well. Not nice to think about, but then my place on earth must be to make brains which cannot or will not look at the past, look at the past.

To do away with that theory one must go to any public library
and remove and burn all copies of the History of the Middle
Ages, including all encyclopedias. Foxes Book of Martyrs is
just one tiny overview, and of course written by a Christian.
That Christian got all his info from the library.

So, looking to them I see a pattern. At some point all fear
vanishes, people no longer care, and there is hardly an
account of the sign of physical pain of any kind. As a matter
of fact, many, many of the good mother church members writing
of these accounts mention that the deed simply inspired more
Christianity of a "heritick" nature in those watching.

There's just so many. The Waldenses, of course, come to mind
because the facts are so dreadful, and the extent to which
the men, especially, were worked over in public astounds
the senses. Basically they were just a bunch of born-agains,
and of course the next step, Spirit-filled, who liked to preach Jesus on the streets. My understanding of that 200 years is that
it was one big "Jesus Freak Movement", over and over, except
the Pope kept sending in soldiers and priests to terminate
the bodies of those in whom the Spirit dwelled. Just didn't
work at all, until about 1800, the last inquisitional
execution was in 1806, if memory serves me, in France.

A book called "Early Spanish Exploration in America" goes
into great detail of some born-agains whose name I recognize from history, and they were horribly hunted down
in our own Florida in the late l600's, and I read a message
sent back to the queen about how God and the Church and
I believe the Virgin were grandly glorified and Christ
was supreme now in Florida. It's like a grotesque and
twisted Saturday Night Live skit, but happened.

So these things I know to be true and hundreds more.
If they did endure as they did, we can, and what bothers me
the most, if there is no rapture as I believe is long over due,
we will certainly have the opportunity.

I think everyone will just have to wait and see what they
do at that time. My mind is certainly set on finishing
the race, and that's all I know. I'm just praying my head
off to get out of here before such time, if the truth be
known.
