Larry, ASND has great products and has made tremendous inroads to big-ticket customers in its short history. Nevertheless, it would be that much more powerful if combined with another entity with more muscle. The gorilla to be fought seems to be CSCO. LU can do it with the right products. So can NT (if it wanted to) and NN and perhaps 3COM. So, digestion of past acquisitions aside, I would prefer to be combined with a stronger entity. Gary Korn
