I agree guys. Notice the Simpson package: his salary increases by over $100K per year plus he gets a $400K signing bonus plus Triarc options. Also notice on page 20, the high price in the second quarter is listed as 3.94. AOL historical quotes show a price of $4.50 on 6/6/97. I believe this to be seriously false and misleading info - I will e-mail the Company and give them one day to respond. If not I will contact the SEC. Tom, you may wish to do the same. Individual investors are relying on this info to make a serious decision. I will also vote AGAINST the merger.
