Obama's '09 and most '10 spending are ALL on Bush. The problems you think Bush suffered were largely his own making - two wars HE CHOSE to launch with borrowed money and tax CUTS. One a total mistake, and that's being generous. His own "Ownership Society" and lack of financial oversight caused a near Bush Great Depression II.
