What points? How do you explain Republican support for unfunded Part D and opposition to HCR which is funded?

Point 1 - The Medicare Part D 10 year cost is $1.2 Trillion and it wasn't paid for with increased revenues. This was fiscal irresponsiblity by the Republicans.

Point 2 - Between now and 2083, Medicare D's unfunded obligations amount to $7.2 Trillion - the most fiscally irresponsible piece of legislation since the 1960s.

Point 3 - Sens Grassly and Kyl strongly supported Part D
